Except as otherwise expressly provided in a particular statute or required by the context, 'licensed psychologist' means a psychologist licensed pursuant to chapter 641 of NRS or authorized to practice psychology in this State pursuant to the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact enacted in NRS 641.227.
