11:6 Benjamin Thompson Trust Fund. – The state treasurer shall have custody of the Benjamin Thompson fund. The finance committee for investments established by RSA 187-A:17 shall manage the investments of the Benjamin Thompson trust fund. The committee is hereby authorized to sell securities in the fund and buy others which are legal investments for New Hampshire savings banks.
