11:7 Trust Fund Disbursements. – I. All disbursements made by state agencies and departments for trust fund purposes shall follow the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to said agencies and departments for normal operating and capital purposes. II. This section shall not apply to the trust funds held by the university system of New Hampshire, the New Hampshire retirement system, or the department of employment security.
