14:14-b Office Space and Parking Facilities. – Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary the following shall be assigned for use by the speaker of the house and the president of the senate: I. The legislative parking facilities; II. The legislative office building and Upham-Walker house; and III. All rooms and other spaces of the state house with the exception of those areas under the use and control of the executive branch, including the governor's offices, the executive council chamber and offices, and the secretary of state's offices.
