§ 2.5

2:5 Cooperation With Other Agencies. – The commissioner of the department of natural and cultural resources, with the approval of the governor and council, is hereby authorized to cooperate with and accept financial and other assistance from agencies of the state government, agencies of the government of the United States, and such other private contributors as may desire to participate in conducting said aerial surveys.
