21-I:13-a Requests for Financial Information. – I. Members of the general court, in the performance of their duties as such, shall not be charged for financial information under the control of the commissioner of administrative services, but requests for such information shall be made to the commissioner on forms supplied by him; provided, however, that members shall not have access to information where availability is prohibited by statute such as, but not limited to, RSA 91-A:5. Members of the general court shall have access only to that information available to the legislative budget assistant under RSA 14:31, IV-a. II. [Repealed.] Source. 1985, 399:28, eff.
