§ 21-i-17-c

21-I:17-c Contracts for Use by More Than One Agency. – Agencies shall make use of contracts which have been entered into by the department of administrative services, division of procurement and support services, for more than one agency when procuring commodities or services that are available to the agency under such contracts, unless granted a waiver from this requirement by the commissioner of administrative services.
