21-P:10-b Report and Budget. – I. The department of safety shall submit as part of the biennial report required under RSA 20:7, a report on the revenue generated from safe boater education certificates. II. In conjunction with the operating budget of the department of safety, the department shall submit a budget for the biennium beginning July 1, 2003, and for each biennium thereafter, which shall include the revenue generated from safe boater education certificates and all revenues and expenditures of the navigation safety fund established in RSA 270-E:6-a.
