§ 4-b-1

4-B:1 Definitions. – In this chapter: I. 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of administrative services. II. 'Governor' means the person selected governor pursuant to Pt. II, Art. 42 of the New Hampshire constitution. Source. 1985, 399:30, eff. July 1, 1985.
