5-C:109 Aggregate Data. – Statistics derived from vital records data shall be considered to be aggregate data if published by towns with a populations of or above 5500. Population estimates shall be derived from the most recent decennial census. Source. 2005, 268:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
