5-C:13 Record as Evidence. – A certified copy issued by a town clerk of a record of a birth, marriage, or death, on file with the town clerk or division, shall be prima facie evidence of the fact, in any judicial proceeding. Source. 2005, 268:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
