§ 5-c-48

5-C:48 Civil Annulments of Marriage. – A certified copy of the absolute or final court-ordered civil annulment decree shall be presented by the party to the clerk of the town or city who issues the marriage license. The clerk of the town or city shall make a notation on the marriage license indicating a civil annulment decree had been presented. Source. 2005, 268:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
