§ 5-6-c

5:6-c Printing. – The secretary of state is authorized to contract for printing in connection with his duties under the election laws. The provisions of RSA 8 relative to competitive bidding for state purchases shall not apply to contracts entered into by the secretary of state hereunder. Source. 1979, 436:4, eff. July 1, 1979.
