6-A:7 Proceeds. – The proceeds from the sale of bonds and notes hereunder, except accrued interest, and from any advances under RSA 6-A:5 shall be held by the state treasurer and paid out by the treasurer upon warrants drawn by the governor for the purposes for which the bonds were authorized.
