§ 6.30

6:30 Duties. – Assistant state treasurers shall perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the state treasurer. During the absence or disability of the treasurer and deputy treasurer they shall perform all the duties of the office of state treasurer. Source. 1982, 42:51. 1993, 242:2, eff. July 1, 1993.
