7:42 Definitions. – As used in this subdivision: I. 'Address' means a residential street address, school address, or work address of an individual, as specified on the individual's application to be a program participant under this subdivision. II. 'Program participant' means a person certified as a program participant under RSA 7:43. III. 'Domestic violence' means an act as defined in RSA 173-B and includes a threat of such acts committed against an individual in a domestic situation, regardless of whether these acts or threats have been reported to law enforcement officers. IV. 'Sexual assault' means an act as defined in RSA 632-A. V. 'Stalking' means an act as defined in RSA 633:3-a. Source. 2000, 265:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2001.
