31:117 Woodstoves. – Towns may make bylaws providing for the adoption of the model code, promulgated by the state fire marshal pursuant to RSA 153:14, IV, relative to the installation and operation of solid fuel heating appliances and, further, to provide for the inspection of such appliances.
