§ 31-4-a

31:4-a Deficit Reduction. – Towns may vote, at any annual meeting, to raise such sums of money as the voters judge necessary for the purpose of reducing an accumulated general fund deficit. Source. 1994, 147:1, eff. July 22, 1994.
