31:41-d Pinball Machines and Coin Operated Amusements. – Towns may adopt bylaws regulating and licensing the location and operation of coin operated amusement devices, including pinball machines. Bylaws may include, without limitation because of enumeration, provisions governing: hours of operation; use by persons under a specified age; numbers of devices allowed; reasonable license fees; and parking and building requirements.
