33:14 Report of Borrowing. – The treasurer of any municipal corporation, within 10 days after the delivery of an issue of bonds or notes authorized by this chapter to the purchaser thereof, shall submit to the commissioner of revenue administration a report setting forth the details of the issue in such form as the commissioner may prescribe.
