35:1-a Reserve Fund in Anticipation of New Fiscal Year. – Any county, city or town may establish a reserve fund in anticipation of the optional fiscal year pursuant to RSA 31:94-a through 94-d. Source. 1973, 96:1, eff. June 23, 1973.
