§ 37.2

37:2 Appointment of Manager. – The selectmen of towns adopting the provisions of this chapter, as herein provided, shall forthwith thereafter appoint a town manager who may or may not, when appointed, be a resident of the town or state. Source. 1929, 69:2. RL 55:2.
