37:8 Vacancy. – Any vacancy in the office of town manager shall be filled as soon as practicable by the selectmen; and pending the appointment of a permanent manager, the selectmen may appoint a person to perform temporarily the duties of that office. Source. 1929, 69:8. RL 55:8.
