§ 38-a-15

38-A:15 Further Powers. – The authority may obligate itself for the payment of bonds and other debts incurred in the furtherance of its public purposes by the state of New Hampshire, or by any county, municipality, political subdivision or public corporation. Source. 1963, 278:1, eff. Sept. 1, 1963.
