41:14-c Adoption Procedure. – I. Towns may adopt the provisions of RSA 41:14-a at any duly warned meeting. Once adopted, these provisions shall remain in effect until specifically rescinded by the town at any duly warned meeting. II. Towns with 10,000 or more inhabitants may adopt the provisions of RSA 41:14-b at any duly warned meeting.
