§ 41-45-b

41:45-b Requirements and Duties. – Except as otherwise provided in this subdivision, all laws of this state pertaining to town clerks and town tax collectors shall apply in full to the office of town clerk-tax collector. Source. 1969, 450:1, eff. Sept. 1, 1969.
