§ 41-57-a

41:57-a Term of Office. – Except as otherwise provided, the term of office of any appointed town officer shall begin upon his or her appointment and qualification for office and shall end upon the appointment and qualification of his or her successor. Source. 2010, 226:1, eff. Aug. 27, 2010.
