§ 44-9-a

44:9-a Fixed by Governing Body. – Salaries of all city officials and employees, excluding court personnel, shall be fixed in accordance with the provisions, if any, of the respective city charter; otherwise by the governing body of the city. Source. 1961, 36:1, eff. May 20, 1961.
