§ 49-c-28

49-C:28 Oath of Office. – Every person elected or appointed to any city office before entering upon the duties of his office shall take and subscribe to an oath of office, as provided by law, which shall be filed and kept in the office of the city clerk. Source. 1991, 304:11, eff. Aug. 23, 1991.
