§ 481-6-c

481:6-c Property Exempt From Levy. – All property of the department and all property held in the name of the state under this chapter shall be exempt from levy and sale by virtue of an execution. No execution or similar judicial process shall issue against the property. No judgment against the department shall be a lien upon its property or the property held in the name of the state under this chapter. Source. 1981, 505:5. 1986, 202:6, I(k). 1996, 228:106, eff.
