484:15 Commissioner. – After the aforesaid compact shall become effective and operative as previously provided, the governor, with the advice and consent of the council, shall designate or appoint a person to serve as a member of the Northeastern Resources Commission. Said commissioner shall serve for a term of 4 years. Any vacancy in said office shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term. Source. 1989, 339:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1990.
