490-D:5 Implementation Plan. – On the effective date of this chapter, the judicial branch family division shall be operational in Grafton and Rockingham counties. For the remaining counties, the judicial branch family division shall be made operational by order of the supreme court, generally in the order listed in RSA 490-D:4. Source. 2005, 177:14, eff.
