490:26-e Guardians Ad Litem. – The supreme court may establish the following relative to guardians ad litem appointed pursuant to statutory authority or any court order: I. Standards and requirements for registration and training as a guardian ad litem. II. Standards for practice, including but not limited to ethical rules. III. Disciplinary procedures for violating ethical rules and requirements established under this section. IV.
