§ 490-5-d

490:5-d Rating; Accreditation. – The commission shall rate each court inspected as herein provided as 'accredited-excellent', 'accredited-satisfactory', 'not accredited' or give each court a rating established by the commission which substantially reflects these rating categories, in accordance with the criteria set forth in RSA 490:5-c.
