491:14-a Defendant's Name. – When the name of the defendant is unknown to the plaintiff, a bill in equity may be brought against him by a fictitious name, and it shall not for that cause be abated, but may be amended on such terms as the court may order. Source. 1971, 18:1, eff. May 28, 1971.
