594:10-a Notice of Arrest. – A peace officer making an arrest on complaints for felony, misdemeanor, or violation charges arising from the same facts or circumstances shall within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays or before a plea is accepted or entered in court, give notice in writing of all charges pending to the county attorney.
