611-B:31 Destruction of Records. – If a person reported missing has been found, the county sheriff, chief of police of a city or town, medical examiner, or other law enforcement authority shall report the fact to the division of state police. After receiving the report, the division shall erase or destroy the dental records with respect to the person, which are maintained pursuant to this subdivision. Source. 2007, 324:1, eff.
