564-B:2-201 Role of Court in Administration of Trust. – (a) The court may intervene in the administration of a trust to the extent its jurisdiction is invoked by an interested person or as provided by law. (b) A trust, other than a trust created by a will subject to the provisions of RSA 564:19, shall not be subject to continuing judicial supervision unless ordered by the court. (c) A judicial proceeding involving a trust may relate to any matter involving the trust's administration, including a request for instructions and an action to declare rights. (d) Each of the following persons may commence a judicial proceeding for the purpose of enforcing the terms of the trust: a settlor; a qualified beneficiary; a trustee; a person who, under the terms of the trust, has the power to enforce the terms of the trust; and in the case of a charitable trust, the director of charitable trusts.
