564-F:10-1003 Number. – (a) A foundation shall have at least one director. (b) Subject to subsection (a), the number of directors may be increased or decreased: (1) In accordance with the provisions of the governing documents governing the method for increasing or decreasing the number of directors; or (2) By an amendment of the governing documents.
