564-F:22-2203 Penalty for Filing False Document. – (a) A person commits an offense by: (1) Filing with the secretary of state a document that the person knows is false in any material respect; or (2) Signing a document that the person knows is false in any material respect with intent that the document be delivered to the secretary of state for filing.
