624:10 No Revival of Repealed Provisions. – The inclusion in the Revised Statutes Annotated of any provision which may have been expressly repealed shall be deemed to have been through inadvertence, and the adoption of this revision by the general court shall not be deemed to be a reenactment of such repealed provisions.
