644:16-a Sale or Use of Stink Bombs. – I. In this section, 'stink bomb' means any device designed for the primary purpose of giving off a noxious or offensive odor when used. II. Any person who sells, barters, lends or gives to any person a stink bomb, and any person who uses a stink bomb in a public place shall be guilty of a violation. Source. 1975, 294:1, eff.
