644:3-b False Fire Alarms Resulting in Injury or Death. – Any person who knowingly gives or aids or abets in giving any false alarm of fire, by any means, is guilty of a class B felony if bodily injury or death is sustained by any person as a result thereof. Source. 1975, 25:2, eff. May 3, 1975.
