650-B:2 Felonious Use of Body Armor. – I. A person is guilty of a class B felony if he commits or attempts to commit any felony while using or wearing body armor. II. Neither the whole nor any part of a sentence of imprisonment imposed for a violation of this section shall be served concurrently with any other term of imprisonment.
