667:15 Endorsement. – Upon the back of each ballot shall be printed the words 'Official Ballot for Dist. No. ___ , County of __________ , For Delegate to the Constitutional Convention', the date of the election and a facsimile of the signature of the secretary of state. Source. 1979, 436:1, eff.
