71-B:8 Rules and Regulations. – The board may make reasonable rules and regulations for carrying out its functions including but not limited to rules of procedure to be followed in hearings conducted by it not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. Source. 1973, 544:2, eff. Sept. 1, 1973.
