§ 91-a-7-d

[RSA 91-A:7-d repealed by 2022, 250:6, effective July 1, 2025.] 91-A:7-d Rulemaking. – The ombudsman shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A relative to: I. Establishing procedures to streamline the process of resolving complaints under this chapter. II. Hearing procedures. III.
