§ 94-4-a

94:4-a Death of Official in Office. – In the event any official named in RSA 94:1 and 1-a shall die while in office, his estate shall be paid as a death benefit, an additional 20 days salary beyond the date of death. Any payments made pursuant to this section shall be a charge against the salary adjustment fund. Source. 1969, 500:16, eff. July 3, 1969.
