110-B:38 Uniform Allowance for Officers. – I. Every commissioned officer and warrant officer of the national guard shall provide himself with a complete uniform. II. Every officer and warrant officer so uniformed and in the service on June 1 each year shall then be paid by the adjutant general $25 from the appropriation made therefor. III. Every newly commissioned second lieutenant and newly appointed warrant officer shall be paid an initial uniform allowance of $100 from the appropriation made therefor.
