§ 126-a-35

126-A:35 Other State Departments. – The office of reimbursements, with the approval of the commissioner, may, upon request, act on behalf of any state department, as defined in RSA 9:1, to recover any moneys due such department. The office of reimbursements shall not be liable for any expenses or costs incurred in any action brought pursuant to this section. Source. 1995, 310:1, eff. Nov. 1, 1995.
